Parking Group

SHOB contains two new additions to the parking group:
  • Entrance and exit: A vehicle can enter and exit the parking lot.
  • Entrance only: A vehicle can enter the parking lot but only exit manually via “monitoring and control” or an operator for cases where the exit should be supervised.

When the “Not Active” option is set, you can determine how long a user will be able to access the parking lot after he exits.

LPR Camera Group

This feature allows building a group of cameras to form a logical permission group, which can be assigned later to a parking group, allowing users access to these cameras.

System Tools

Access to the system tools is possible from the “General” navbar; In this section, you can control the administrative side of the system, including entering a license, accessing logs, backup, restoring the system, and having access to the messaging platform.

The system log will show you any changes on SHOB, such as general faults.

Row Export

Export row as .xls: this allows you to choose the row you want to download, including two images, one for the entire scene of the captured moment and another image of only the zoomed-in license plate.

Import Authorized Cars

Import authorized vehicles: you can upload an excel file with authorized plates and driver details, thus making it much faster to add a tremendous amount of authorized vehicles.

Camera Synchronization

When replacing a camera, you can have the information previously kept on the older camera (such as authorized vehicles, visitors, etc.) synced with the new camera. That information is held on the SHOB system.

File Export

You can export all the plates within a chosen time in an EXCEL format, allowing you to access the vehicle list from other PC’s/smartphones.

LPR cameras – Direction Settings

Direction “Out”: this option determines the camera’s purpose to allow vehicles to exit from the parking lot. When setting a camera to “Out,” we can decide whether it will allow exit for only authorized vehicles or everyone:

And you can also change a user to “not active” after he exits the parking lot.

System Messages Management

This feature was designed to notify by E-mail of any changes on the LPR cameras, such as connection loss, connection retrieved, including information about the camera’s location. You can also determine which sites are to be notified and their corresponding e-mail addresses.
